Switch from Riddle 1.0 to 2.0

2.0 is like 1.0 but better: better usability, important improvements, more features, more customization, and more user-friendly. Below are some key information as well as some feature highlights of Riddle 2.0.

1. Dual access

We highly recommend creating all new content in Riddle 2.0 to make sure you have the most up to date releases and features. You can still access all your Riddles in Riddle 1.0 and both can be used at the same time (by both creator and audience alike). When you log in to Riddle, you will be in the Riddle 2.0 Creator. To switch back to 1.0 (and vice versa), click on the three dots top right and click on RIDDLE 1.0/2.0.

2. Transfers

Existing Riddles cannot automatically be transferred from 1.0 to 2.0. You can copy and paste text content over and also make use of the Riddle (or your own custom) media library to help speed things up.

3. Feature highlights

On top of an overall tool overhaul and redesign, here are some of Riddle 2.0's most popular features:

  • Mix and match all sorts of question types
  • New block types, including flashcards and guess the score
  • Minigames such as sudoku and spin the wheel
  • Branching logic
  • Customize result page layout
  • AI quiz generator

4. Get 2.0 savvy

Use the Riddle Academy and our Help Center to guide you through your creation process, with step-by-step guides and videos.
