Manage your subscription

You can always adjust your account, plan, and billing details.

1. Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
2. Go to the ACCOUNT section and click on Subscription.
3. Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.

Now you can perform one of the actions below.

Change plan

1. Click on Subscription.
2. Click on Change plan.
3. Select the plan you want to change to.
4. Click on Choose subscription.

Cancel your subscription

1. Click on Subscription.
2. Click on Cancel subscription.
3. Click on Yes, cancel.
   Please note all your content will be unpublished and go offline when your subscription ends.

Manage add ons

1. Click on Add ons.
2. Click on Add / remove seats.
   Use the - and + buttons to adjust the number of seats in your account.
   Click on Confirm user license change.
3. Click on Add / remove domains.
   Use the - and + buttons to adjust the number of domains in your account.
   Click on Confirm user license change.

Invoices

1. Click on Invoices.
2. Click on View or Download.

Payment methods

1. Click on Payment methods.
2. Click on Create new payment source or Update.
3. Enter the payment details in the relevant fields.

Change your data

1. Click on Account.
2. Click on Edit next to Your data.
3. Enter the updated information in the relevant fields.
4. Click on Update.

Change your billing address

1. Click on Account.
2. Click on Edit next to Billing address.
3. Enter the updated information in the relevant fields.
4. Click on Save.

Delete your account

If you delete your account, all your Riddles, projects, stats, and leads will be deleted. Please only use this option if you will never use Riddle again.

1. Click on Personal data.
2. Click on Delete account.
