Customize colors

Use palettes to customize your Riddle's look and feel.

Edit a default Riddle palette

  1. Go to the Design and Settings section.
  2. Click on PALETTE.
  3. Click on the three dots on the right of Arimo.
  4. Click on Copy and edit palette.
  5. Enter a name in the Type your preset name here field.
  6. Click on the blue SAVE button.
  7. Change as many things as you like with the font and colors.
  8. Click on APPLY every time you change a color.
  9. Click on the blue SAVE PALETTE button.
  10. In the pop-up window that appears, click on the blue UPDATE MY PALETTES button to confirm that all Riddles using this palette will be updated too.

Create your own palette

  1. Go to the Design and Settings section.
  2. Click on the blue CREATE A CUSTOM PALETTE button.
  3. Change as many things as you like with the font and colors.
  4. Click on the blue SAVE PALETTE button.

  1. Go to the Design and Settings section.
  2. Click on PALETTE.
  3. Click on the three dots on the right of the palette you want to change.
  4. Click on Customize.
  5. Change as many things as you like with the font and colors.
  6. Click on the blue SAVE PALETTE button.
  7. In the pop-up window that appears, click on the blue UPDATE MY PALETTES button to confirm that all Riddles using this palette will be updated too.

  1. Go to the Design and Settings section.
  2. Click on PALETTE.
  3. Select the palette you want to use for the Riddle you're creating.

Change colors

  1. Go to the Design and Settings section.
  2. Click on PALETTE.
  3. Click on the three dots next to the palette you want to change.
  4. Click on Customize or Copy and edit palette.
  5. Click on the color / arrow next to each element. The color options are split into five sections:
    • Global
    • Answers
    • Buttons
    • Form
    • Footer
    • Timer
  6. To choose a specific color, use the colour selector sliders, the color squares on the right, or by typing the color code in the HEX field.
  7. To choose a basic color, click on the paintbrush and palette icon and select one of the 19 colors.
  8. Click on the blue APPLY button.
  9. Click on the blue SAVE PALETTE button.
  10. In the pop-up window that appears, click on the blue UPDATE MY PALETTES button to confirm that all Riddles using this palette will be updated too.
    Your Riddle preview will automatically update.
