Video walkthrough – downloading invoices
How to download your invoices from your riddle.com account
Transcript:
Hi there. My name is Mike and I’m one of the co-founders here at riddle. And today I’m just going to give you a right now.
I’m just going to give you a quick look on how you can download your invoices. So to download your invoices, whether you have an active subscription or not just pop up to the top right corner, click on subscription, and then you can click on view my payment details.
So click on that.
Now this is a little unintuitive, but basically you want to click on billing history and then you see all your invoices here.
These are all demo invoices for me. That’s why they’re all zero dollars.
But, you can just download your invoices and save as and when you need them.
So I hope that helps, but any questions of course, please let us know down in support chat.
All right. Thank you so much. And of course, happy riddling!
