Does Riddle offer a money-back guarantee?

What happens when my free trial ends?
Riddle believes you should have a complete taste of what we offer in our free trial – no limits, full-featured. To manage server costs, we unpublish any Riddles you’ve created 14 days after your trial has expired. If you choose not to buy a subscription, there is no need for you to do anything, your trial will simply end and you will not be billed at all.
Can I invite my colleagues to my account?
Yes. You can create an unlimited number of projects, and invite colleagues to them with unique roles and permissions for each one.

Each new user costs $19 per month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel any plan at any time. Your subscription will be active until the end of your subscription period.

Does Riddle offer custom pricing plans?
Yes. We know that many brands or publishers can have their own special requirements. Our standard plans are ‘as is’ products - our pricing model and business processes are built around self-service, automated payments (credit card, PayPal, invoicing).

Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Monthly plans are billed on a monthly basis. Annual plans are billed on a yearly basis.
