- Visually impaired users can encounter images without a descriptive text alternative.
- Screen reader users can encounter invisible text as well as unlabeled buttons.
- Unless our default Timeless Palette is selected and not altered, contrasts of some UI elements and texts are insufficient, affecting users with low-vision and color vision deficiency. To ensure readability, select the "Atkinson Hyperledgible" font type (developed by the Braille Institute).
- Keyboard users are unable to fully interact with drag-and-drop tasks or with block types that require vision. We show a list below of block types that by default cannot be made accessible.
- For users with cognitive disabilities, automatically advancing to the next question might be disorientating. Riddle offers the ability to auto-advance to the next question, but this option must be enabled. Auto advance only works with single-select question types. Refrain from using any multi-select block types if auto-advance is a key requirement for you.
- Low-vision users will struggle with zoom in certain circumstances.
- Some information is only available for users who can see the screen.
The following Riddle block types rely on vision and cannot be made accessible. Please refrain from using them if you want to ensure that your Riddle interactive content is 100% accessible. Using our custom creator roles (part of our Enterprise Plan), you can forbid these block types being used by your creators.
