Mike Hawkins is the co-founder and Sr. VP of Customer Success of Riddle.com, the interactive online quiz maker trusted by publishers, sports teams, and brands to engage audiences and capture zero-party data. Mike brings over two decades of experience in digital content, quiz marketing, and growth strategy. He began his career as a teacher before joining Tickle.com, one of the web's first viral quiz platforms, where he helped build quiz campaigns that reached millions. Tickle's success led to its $100M acquisition by Monster.com, where Mike later led international content and marketing initiatives. Throughout his career, Mike has held senior roles at global tech companies including Monster, Kabam, CityHawk, and Marvelous AQL. His work has consistently focused on combining interactive content with data-driven marketing to drive user growth, engagement, and conversions. A long-time quiz advocate, Mike co-authored Quizmaster (2017), and has helped shape Riddle's strategy for embedding quizzes across the marketing funnel. He's also a published photographer and part of the world record team behind the world's highest ultimate frisbee game ever played (on Mt. Kilimanjaro).
