<section><h2>REFLECTING ON ASSET-BASED APPROACHES IN YOUR WORK </h2><p><p><span style="font-size:16px;">This tool allows you to reflect on your work using the <strong>Assetspots</strong> <strong>F</strong><strong>ramework</strong>, based on research into the asset-based approaches of youth organisations in <strong>Paul Hamlyn Foundation's <em>Youth Fund</em></strong>. </span><span style="font-size:16px;">It might take anything between 20 minutes to an hour to complete. </span></p><p><span style="font-size:16px;"></span><span style="font-size:16px;">The tool gives you a chance to react to insight statements from young people on 10 Assetspot areas, voting on these to choose a statement of strength and a statement for development in each Assetspot. </span></p><br /><p><span style="font-size:16px;">Click on the statement you wish to choose, then click on the 'vote' button that appears, and then click on 'next' to move to the following question.
