REFLECTING ON ASSET-BASED APPROACHES IN YOUR WORK
This tool allows you to reflect on your work using the Assetspots Framework, based on research into the asset-based approaches of youth organisations in Paul Hamlyn Foundation's Youth Fund. It might take anything between 20 minutes to an hour to complete.
The tool gives you a chance to react to insight statements from young people on 10 Assetspot areas, voting on these to choose a statement of strength and a statement for development in each Assetspot.
Click on the statement you wish to choose, then click on the 'vote' button that appears, and then click on 'next' to move to the following question. For each Assetspot, you will be asked to choose a strength and then an area for further development using the same set of statements.
At the end of the tool, you are invited to identify which 4 Assetspots you would like to focus on more in your work, with a chance to share any final reflections on anything you may have discovered. Select your 4 choices and press submit.
The final screen will thank you for completing the survey.
If you have purchased a support package with InspireChilli, your answers from this survey will be used as part of a follow up conversation to offer you further advice on adopting an asset-based approach in you work along with a formal report to guide you. Please contact hello@inspirechilli.com for further details. If not, then please make some notes of any insights generated as you proceed through the survey and use these for future reference.
