REACTION POLL BLOCK

Transcript:
Hi there, welcome back to Riddle. In this clip we’re going to add a reaction poll slider to our survey. This was our last question and this is the reaction poll. You have a question. and a topic at the top and then instead of having a drop-down list of options or a field to input an answer, your audience select an emotion or an adjective or a word from this slider at the bottom to represent how they feel about this topic. So let’s go into the creator and add this in now. Click on add a block and select reaction poll. Then we’ll type actually let’s type our question into the description and put our topic job knowledge into the title field here okay and then by default the range of answers goes from disagree to agree so I’ll show you here so you can see these different options here you can also have like and dislike.

So if it was a survey on feedback about a product, for example, a service that you’ve provided, then you could ask your audience to give their feedback that way. Do they like this? Do they not like it? And so on. Or you can do what we had in our one, which is customize your own labels for the slider. So click on custom and then you can input them here. You can also choose how many levels you have. So for example, here you can see we’ve got seven in total. I could add a level and then it will add one on the minus, one on the plus, and I can also delete. So I’d like to delete the third level and just have five options in total. So we’ve got poor, satisfactory, good, very good, excellent.

Okay. Click on preview. See what that looks like. Okay. Good. I’m happy with that. I can see that the format of the title has changed because I changed that before. I’d like that to be a heading. So change that back to H1. Okay. Click on preview again. I want to add an image click on add image click on your media and into the folder that I created for this and I want to select this picture okay I’ll preview one more time and now I’m happy with that let’s just look at the options for a slider block so click on the options symbol here to open up this panel on the right and as with the order it block you can see that by default it’s required so our audience have to answer this question or have to put their or give their opinion before they can go into the next block if I disabled required it would bring us this skip button back And they could just go on to the next question if they wanted to. But I want to take that away again. So enable required. And that takes away that skip button again. OK, that’s our reaction poll block. And I’ll see you in the next clip for another sort of poll question.
