12 Promoter score (question 11)
A promoter score block is where your audience can give a score out of ten for something, most commonly used for the question: “How likely are you to recommend a service/product to a friend or colleague?”
In this step, we:
- add a promoter score block to the poll

Hi there, welcome back to Riddle. We’re going to look at a PS block now and I’ll show you the one that we created. So I’m going to upvote the food, click on choose and here’s our PS block. It’s a block which is typically used to ask customers whether they would recommend a product or service to a colleague or a friend and in this case we’re using this block to ask our employees whether they would recommend working at this company so it’s possible to use it with the public but also with your own team as well so this is our question let’s make it in the creator now in the creator click on add a block and select Promoter Score, copy and paste or type your question into the title field.
And I’m going to add an image, my media. And I would like this one. Okay. Now, by default, you already have a positive and negative label. So I’ll just show you. And it’s there by default. But if you wanted to change that, you could edit that or write something in here, such as very or highly likely, let’s say, if I spell it right, or highly unlikely, for example. And then if I preview that, then you can see that text there has changed. So now your audience, in this case, your employees can say on a scale of zero to 10 how likely they are to recommend working at that company to a friend or colleague. And then you can see the results in the Analyze section of the Riddle Creator. That’s it. You’ve got your PS block ready. Let’s just look at the options for an PS block. As always, click on the option symbol and the only option here is to enable or disable that media. So that’s all you have to worry about and you’re done.
