00:00:04.000 –> 00:00:05.800
Hi there, welcome back. In this step,
00:00:05.800 –> 00:00:07.440
we’re going to create our form from
00:00:07.440 –> 00:00:09.840
scratch. Here’s our original form. Now go
00:00:09.840 –> 00:00:10.720
into the creator,
00:00:12.480 –> 00:00:14.760
create Riddle. Under
00:00:15.520 –> 00:00:17.760
form, click on start from scratch.
00:00:18.640 –> 00:00:21.520
And let’s give our form a title.
00:00:21.520 –> 00:00:22.320
For example,
00:00:24.320 –> 00:00:26.160
sign up 2025.
00:00:28.800 –> 00:00:31.360
Okay, and our form is here.
00:00:32.880 –> 00:00:34.440
You can see that by default, the title
00:00:34.440 –> 00:00:36.800
that you’ve just put in also becomes the
00:00:36.800 –> 00:00:39.360
title of the form itself that your new
00:00:39.360 –> 00:00:41.600
member would see when they open this
00:00:41.600 –> 00:00:43.680
form. We can also change it.
00:00:44.800 –> 00:00:47.760
For example, this.
00:00:48.720 –> 00:00:51.680
Okay. And in the next clip, we’ll
00:00:51.760 –> 00:00:53.600
look at all the different parts of that
00:00:53.600 –> 00:00:55.920
form that we’re going to edit and add. By
00:00:55.920 –> 00:00:57.640
default you can see we’ve already got a
00:00:57.640 –> 00:00:59.800
name and email field in there. See you
00:00:59.800 –> 00:01:02.480
in the next clip for all the other form
00:01:02.480 –> 00:01:03.120
fields.
