Step 3 Questions 5-7

In this video we look at the last three questions in our quiz. We’ll:

• go over how to use and set up a type the answer block
• recap the functionality of an order-it block
• recap the functionality of a single-select block

I hope you’ve enjoyed adding in the last three questions into your riddle. Let’s take a look at that together now. In your riddle creator, we had the question about Peru, the question about the Thai curries and the question about coffee. So for the Peru question, we need a type the answer block because the audience is typing the answer to your question. capital of Peru is, rather than you giving them options to choose from. So add an image. I typed in Peru to get this lovely picture of Machu Picchu. And then because it’s an answer or type the answer question, you can type in the answer yourself under answer variant one here. You could also add other answer variants if there were some.

And I’m going to set it up so that if someone types Lima with a lowercase L instead of a capital L, that that won’t matter and they’ll still get a point. And that if they put a space in by mistake, that that will also count. But that’s up to you. Okay. Let’s also change the number of lives to three again, like we’ve had for the others. Let’s preview that. Great. Okay, question six. This was the question about the Thai curries. And for this one, we need an order it again, like with the population question. And okay, let’s put our question in here. Put the following curries. in order of their level of spiciness. Let’s add a picture with Thai curry.

And then our, in this case, four answer options underneath. So we’ve got red, masaman, green, and penang. Now, we need to put them in the right order. So we’ve got from mildest to hottest. So Massaman, then Panang, then red, then green. Okay. I’d like to change the number of lives to three again. And let’s preview that question. Great. Image, question, all the different answer options here. Okay. then our final question was the question about where coffee is from or often from so for this question we’ve got a single select block again and in there let’s copy and paste or type the question in the title block for our picture i typed in coffee beans like this picture here. And as you did for the first question about Scandinavian countries, there’s one correct answer. And let’s type our answers in here.

And it’s Ethiopia that’s correct. And so we need to change the tick from Kenya to Ethiopia. Okay, let’s preview that. Excellent. So you’re good to go with all your questions. You’ve got a question, you’ve got answer options or correct answer for each block and also a picture. And now in the next video, we’re going to add a form into your riddle.
